Chicago has been nicknamed the "windy city" but in our business it seems it should be called the "city of flooded basements." Over recent years, we have seen an increase in the number of floods that have hit the city and suburbs and it is worth taking notice.

When the number of floods rise, so do water emergencies.  Whether it is a burst pipe, sump pump failure or other water issues, they must be cleaned up quickly in order to minimize damage.
